About Aoife Tallon
Before the goals, before the plan, before the action — there is always the person.
I have spent more than twenty years working with people navigating change. Inside organisations as a leader and consultant. Alongside individuals as a coach and counsellor. And what I have learned, consistently, is that most people already know more than they think they do. What they need is the space, the right questions, and someone who will stay in the room with them long enough for things to become clear.
That is what I do.
My background spans organisational change, learning and development, project management, coaching and counselling. I am an EMCC Senior Practitioner — one of the highest coaching credentials internationally. And I have lived experience of ADHD, which shapes how I think about attention, motivation and the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
The people I work with are navigating all kinds of things. Personal life transitions. Leadership roles. ADHD. Co-parenting. Feeling stuck without quite knowing why. What they have in common is that they are ready to think differently — and they want someone alongside them who has been somewhere real.
If that sounds like you, you are in the right place.
