Co-parenting is hard.
It doesn't have to stay this way.
You don't have to agree on everything. You just have to find a way forward, for you, and for your child.
Co-parenting is one of the most demanding things you can ask two people to do — especially when the relationship that brought them together is over.
Coaching isn't about your relationship with your ex. It's about your shared role as parents — and building the communication, consistency and child-focused approach your children need to feel secure.
Does this sound like you?
You and your co-parent can't agree on routines, boundaries or how to manage your children.
Communication keeps breaking down — even when you're both trying.
Your child is showing signs of stress or anxiety you think is connected to the inconsistency between households.
You've been through mediation but you need ongoing practical support, not just an agreement on paper.
You're doing your best in an incredibly hard situation. You just need someone in your corner.
What changes with coaching
Co-parent coaching creates structure, tools and a shared language around your child's needs — reducing conflict, improving consistency and giving your child the stability they deserve. It's practical, child-focused and completely free of judgement about how you got here.
How it works
We begin with individual sessions for each parent — so I can understand who you both are, what you each need, and what your child needs from you together. Joint sessions follow, building the shared approach that makes co-parenting work in practice.
Sessions are 50 minutes. Online or in person in Ballymoney, Co. Wexford.
